Conflict of interest management policy

In accordance with regulation, Crédit Mutuel Impact has implemented a conflict of interest management policy in order to prevent, identify and manage such conflicts and to avoid harming the interests of unitholders. The asset management company makes the conflict of interest management policy readily available for any unitholder requesting it.

Client complaints management policy

In accordance with regulation, Crédit Mutuel Impact has implemented a client complaints management policy, in order to handle complaints according to regulatory provisions. Any unitholder can submit a complaint to Crédit Mutuel Impact, by mailing Crédit Mutuel Impact, 128 boulevard Raspail, 75006 PARIS, or by calling 01.56.75.29.50 or by e-mailing the following address: capitalprive@creditmutuel.fr.

An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent by mail to the unitholder within 10 working days of receiving the complaint, at the latest. A reply will be given within two months of receiving the complaint, at the latest, unless duly justified specific circumstances should occur. Should the received reply not give full satisfaction, the unitholder shall have the opportunity to call upon the mediation service of CIC (by filling out the form available on the CIC website (https://www.lemediateur-cic.fr/)) or by mailing, CIC Mediation Officer, 63 chemin Antoine Pardon, 69160 Tassin La Demi-Lune), and then upon the mediation service of the AMF (Autorités des Marchés Financiers, AMF Mediator, 17 Place de la Bourse, 75082 PARIS CEDEX 02)

In accordance with current regulation, Crédit Mutuel Impact establishes and keeps operational appropriate policies, procedures, and measures relating to the exercise of voting rights in the listed companies, in which the managed funds have invested. The asset management company makes its voting rights policy readily available for any unitholder requesting it.

Remuneration policy
